Ratings and reviews

Faulty app. Doesn't accept my payment and booking confirmations fall through. I paid twice for a reservation and my card was billed twice, yet the host never recieved my booking confirmation and the app didn't recognize my booking (although the insurance company sent out a confirmation number twice). There is no customer service line and the app has a 72hr queue for the next available agent. Absolutely hot garbage this app. Great idea, horrible excecution. Super unhappy. The host was very kind.

First-time experience unfortunately was not a good one. We purchased a cabin online that was already booked. Not a big deal we could have looked for something else. The problem was my credit card was charged $374 for a cabin my family couldn't even stay in. It's been over a month and had to pay the bill so our credit card payment wasn't late. $374 for an experience we didn't even get to have.

Android. Love concept, but app is buggy and limited (problem with buggy app release is app ratings stick around forever - duh!). App shows photo thumbnails for each listing, but clicking on thumbnails gives a black screen. Map has no satellite images available even though it has the doubled squares for basemap selection. No way to save searches, so must constantly provide criteria each time. No option to select sites with electric hookups. No option to select within a mileage radius.
