About this app

Fitdock records your daily activities and can combine them with smart exercise equipment to automatically track your health progress. On top of recording your heart rate and sleep data, the app also records individual exercise workouts within the app.

The main features:
1. Health data display: Fitdock records data relevant to your physical condition such as steps taken, sleep hours, heart rate, calories burned, while also provides you with professional interpretations over these data.
2. Exercise data analysis: Fitdock is also able to record while you exercise, and will display various data, including a detailed route and various exercise data analysis afterwards.
3. Notifications assistant: Fitdock pushes CALL、SMS and other app notifications to the connected smartwatch, you can mute, answer, or hang up on the connected device while receiving an incoming call. You can also quickly reply to the caller via SMS.

Please note: Fitdock will use your location in the background when you work out. It will draw a map of your activity and provide accurate exercise data.

Up until recently the app has been working great. It has decided to stop recording my sleep so it shows no sleep data even though I've worn the device to bed. Frustrating that part of the system doesn't work anymore. Update 8/24 watch/app has stopped giving me notifications when I've hit my daily steps goal or when I walk 3 miles, etc. Still isn't tracking nightly sleep. Disappointed that all these great features are no longer working aget 2 months of owning/wearing the watch.

UPDATE: Little over a year later, same problem as below shows up out of the blue. All equipment is the same. Unpair/try repair, remove/reload/reboot everything but my wife's underwear, still won't pair in Android. I'm an ex-customer. From June 2023: IW1 Lite watch, Android app on Samsung S21+. The app locks up whenever the sync is completed, & requires several restarts for the app to continue. Otherwise everything's fine.

I enjoy the app. Usually it functions well with my inexpensive smart watch. Occasionally it doesn't sync exercise. I'm working with my watch. I need to correct sleep times manually. Data syncs well with Google Fit and other apps. The help section is very helpful!
