Worked great at first. After a couple of months it disconnected on and off throughout the day. Now it's not even charging. And strangely, some features available in the app have never worked. I've emailed the company, within the app, multiple times and never received a reply. My whole experience has been a huge disappointment.

Was an okay app until the login process stopped working and email to support has gone unanswered. Renders the ring useless. Update 31AUG24: Updating the app is pointless for me as I un-installed it when the ring itself went from lasting almost 2 weeks to lasting less than 24 hours between charges.

Update 4.2.6 broke the app. Refused to recognize my ring no matter what I tried. Manually downgraded to 4.1.6 by sideloading an older apk. Worked perfectly. Hopefully the next version isn't broken, or I will never be able to update.
