Ratings and reviews

App is great to use to get a Kakao taxi. Only issue I have is if your in the satellite city areas outside of Seoul, the only options for taxi is for standard 4 passengers. If your travelling with a family of more than 4 passengers, there is no option for a van. Some taxi drivers will get upset if your passengers are more than 4.

I think it's a shame that you want me to agree to optional terms of service in order for me to use the service. I clicked on that the required and it won't let me continue. If I click on optional I can then start moving forward with inputting the rest of the information. Why make it optional if you're going to make me click on it to use it.

This app has worked for me once in 6 days in Jeju. It is definitely not from a lack of trying to use it. I keep ending up having to walk because it can never find a ride. The 1 time it did finally work today was great.
