Ratings and reviews

I’m a wifi engineer, so consider this info accordingly. The lock suffers from issues. 1st, the radio is a wifi 4 1x1 radio, which was cutting edge years before Windows XP was end-of-life. 2nd, the antenna must be something similar to a thumb tack. Poor signal, even though my wifi access point is a mere 12 feet away. Finally, it doesn't follow the standards when it comes to the PSK (password) length. The length of 8-63 characters was standardized over 20 years ago. This doesn't support 60 chars.

Frequently loses connection with device and requires repairing, which then fails. This lock would be a good product if not for its reliance on this awful app. EDIT: I see your reply; pairing is BlueTooth, not Wi-Fi, and I've already contacted y'all about this. I'm a programmer, your app is just poorly written and poorly tested.

Updating my review. Works well. Stays connected and easy to change codes remotely. Biggest problem occurred when I changed phones and had to reinstall the app. To load codes back into the app you need to physically stand next to the lock and re-establish a Bluetooth connection. Not good if the lock is far away.

Fixed Location Sharing Request: We've resolved the issue where the app was mandating Precise Location sharing at login. Users can now skip this step and enable Precise Location only when necessary, such as in the following cases.
