Entering payment info time and time again due to auto fill errors took entirely too long. I was beginning to think that they purposefully designed the lower service charge for credit cards, then made them impossible to use, and ultimately, Google Pay would be the only remaining option, and a higher service charge could then be excused by the consumer in order to get the process over and done with... but no one would believe that kind of set up against us, right?

I was able to set up My Account after 6 failed tries previously. An AMAZING customer service rep named Angela did it all. She made my experience the best customer service call ive ever had.

They charge astronomical convenience fees for any method you use to pay your bill.
