Entering payment info time and time again due to auto fill errors took entirely too long. I was beginning to think that they purposefully designed the lower service charge for credit cards, then made them impossible to use, and ultimately, Google Pay would be the only remaining option, and a higher service charge could then be excused by the consumer in order to get the process over and done with... but no one would believe that kind of set up against us, right?

I thought we paid online in order to avoid any additional fees. if so why am I still being charged an additional transaction fee? my son's Entergy bill place next to my cleco bill blows my mind. there's also a very clear lack of transparency.

Very easy to use even if you're not so tech savvy as myself. And very convenient
