How to use appWash.
appWash is a service for shared laundry rooms where you pay per wash.

If the operator of your laundry room, e.g. your landlord, has decided to use appWash, he will inform you. Then simply download the app, register and start.

Of course you can also recommend us! Show your landlord or the operator of a laundry room our website. On the website you will find a product brochure under ""appWash operator"". You can contact us at [e-mail] or simply visit your nearest Miele partner. And if everything works out and appWash is installed in your laundry room, you will receive your first appWash prepaid balance of 50€ from us!

Ratings and reviews

You can tell the app is probably coded in-house. It only works, because the customers dont have to choose to use it, but are forced to. This app does the absolute minimum to make paying work. Improvements are everywhere: - Machines that are done with their programm, but not emptied should not be "ready to use" - I dont wanna know, how long the machine has been washing for, but how long it will take! - it should not be possible to double-book machines... Get your development basics together!

Miele is new to my student accommodation, and first impressions are with their consumer unfriendly top-up procedures. Transactions require £20 pound minimum spending and only allow further £5 increments. This is ridiculous. Circuit laundry machines may be a little worse, but at least they don't require more than £5 minimum pay only require £0.25 additional increments. This is an intentional cash grab taking advantage of students. I sincerely hope the minimum threshold is significantly reduced.

Laundry machines have been working fine for years without an app. It's a pointless and frustrating solution that wasn't needed. It only allows money to be added in payments of 20 euro so the remainder balance is lost.
