Planning Center Services is an online scheduling and worship planning application to keep your staff and volunteers connected.

With our native Android app, you get an optimized Planning Center Services experience wherever you are! You can manage your schedule, accept or decline requests, blockout dates, or upload your profile picture. Musicians can use the built-in media player or attachments section to access and rehearse their music. Schedulers can add users to schedules, check for conflicts, and email their teams at any time. Easily add to, reorder, and edit your plans.

Plan pages and your personal schedule will live update to show you the latest information.

Ratings and reviews

One of the worst apps and systems I've ever seen. Nearly every aspect is cumbersome. Nothing is intuitive. If you want to do a simple action there's a good chance you'll have to click 8 buttons and load 8 pages separately, and thats when its working well. And don't even attempt to do something on your phone or tablet. There's a maximum of 50% chance it'll actually work. The biggest problem is there is literally nothing else out there to replace it. So I guess we keep using this terrible system.

Update: I'm at a different church now and I can't use this app. It keeps saying "no existing account" but it doesn't give the option to create an account. My review is based on the recent update. I can no longer view the profile of anyone who isn't assigned to the same team as me. This is an inconvenient redesign and an unnecessary restriction as there may be times where a vocalist might need to contact a band member or any one else on a different team.

It's a good group app for scheduling. However, I've had a lot of little anointing issues. There's no option to not send a push and email notification both when you get a schedule request. And if you don't respond to both you won't be scheduled. Also it asks me everytime I open it if I accept schedules I've already accepted. If you just go to "files" to view chord charts you may not get the correct files. It might have different keyed mp3s and even the wrong chord charts.
