Major issue where if you purchase via credit or debit card and you are on a slow data connection, the app will charge you for the ticket, but you will never receive the actual bus pass due to the app timing out. 1st time the issue was fixed, 2nd time I got no response to my email about the issue. I don't understand how if my data connection is good enough to stream music, it's not good enough to receive an Authentication handshake confirming a successful payment @ .25mb at the most. Disappointed

App stopped working. When I click on the app, A white screen with a red rabbit pops up that says "ahhhh! Something went wrong". Tried restarting my phone, checking for updates on the app and my phone, even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Now when I click on it, the same rabbit screen appears and it doesn't let me sign on. This app is my lifeline cause I take the bus almost daily. Tried emailing company but received no response yet

It's broken every time I try to do anything it rests and I am logged out. It won't let me log back in and this is how I get bus passes and tickets. I am very disappointed that it just happened. And my wife has the same phone but doesn't have the same problem.
