I had to uninstall and reinstall the app in order to access the QR code for my 10 ride pass. I am also constantly frustrated with drivers getting irate when I request a transfer for my commute for my bus connection to Albright. I explain I'm using the ride pass and that as explained by the support in-person at the transportation center I still get to use transfers. The app is clunky and frequently doesn't load information, the service is either great or dismal- no gray area.

The app is basically useless until the preferences are able to be fixed. The app says it cannot process any routes because of it, mine is stuck on 5 mins and low walking speed. I've tried uninstalling but nothing fixes it to where you can change them to get your routes to show back up. Please fix this asap.

Up until recently, I have had no issues. However, for the past week now, the QR expires in 3 seconds instead of the 90 that it's supposed to be. I have had to fight with it so much and it's getting to be more of a hassle than it's worth. Please fix your messed up system so that his stops.
