Everything is currently working like it's supposed to be, without any hiccups. Great job Barta I sincerely love using your business, although security could be briefed more as to where busses pick up and what time they pick up when you're not sure, the busses are everywhere now at the station due to construction renovations. the security behind the ticket window, are either not a people person, don't know you answer and some don't even care. but that doesn't change my rating.

I had to uninstall and reinstall the app in order to access the QR code for my 10 ride pass. I am also constantly frustrated with drivers getting irate when I request a transfer for my commute for my bus connection to Albright. I explain I'm using the ride pass and that as explained by the support in-person at the transportation center I still get to use transfers. The app is clunky and frequently doesn't load information, the service is either great or dismal- no gray area.

Not a good app nor a good business!!! The app doesn't show alerts when needed! A few weeks ago there was a snow storm but no alerts that on the app that they were shutting down! However, I could see all of the buses on the MyStop app heading back to the transportation center??? Barta doesn't care about their their customers and the devs are misinformed to for things work and therefore relay it to the customers who are further misinformed!!! Barta SUCKS!!!
