Played the Redman one. Do not expect to actually solve a crime; in the end, this is a visual novel, and the plot is mostly red herrings and deus ex machinas. Your choices barely matter. Writing is mixed, as if written by several writers of varying quality. Some parts are near brilliant. Other parts are cliche and annoyingly preachy. The plot starts out quite compelling but goes downhill in the second act. To my surprise, it recovers and finishes pretty strong. Despite its flaws, it's worth a go!

i LOVED this game. the redman case was very interesting and intriguing, i loved the plot twist and red herrings. being involved in the interrogations, having intelligence and forensic teams and the press/outside sources interfere with the case really made it feel real. i tried the real game and it's not the same though, you have to wait like 2 hours to play the next episode, so if anyone has any other game recommendations like this pleaseeee let me know!!

Really good, but sadly needs 3 key fixes. Overall, narrative and immersiveness are great: it's a good game. But: 1) devs, you *have* to add a skip button for all the text you read. It's unbearably slow, I won't finish the game until this is added. 2) Add a restart chapter option (right now you can only continue, so you have to restart the previous chapter, lame). 3) End of first story has a preachy video that is *not* skippable. It's a game, folks: you need to think player first.
