Ratings and reviews

It's has good features, like how you can track your food, litter purchases.... but it's slow and crashes a lot. I placed an order for curbside, but could never get it to act right for me to check in. It's not opening at all right now. But when it works it's often slow and doesn't always work properly when you check out. Whenever, I'm ready to check out, I hate to have to go back in case I miss something, because it's so buggy. Also, the filtering for pet, brand etc is a bit off.

The app is convenient for shopping and automatically applies discounts, but there are always glitches, and it sometimes abruptly shuts down. I tried using a coupon code at one point. It was successful the first time, but after that, it wouldn't allow me to use other coupons on different transactions. I would give it a better rating if the glitches were fixed.

The app is slow and takes forever to search and load an item. I've been using it for years and today was the last time. I un-installed it because I get frustrated everytime. Last straw was the Java error when I tried to load the labor day discount code. While I'm at it, I'm going to complain about the regular website. Why do you display the dog and cat when removing an item from the cart. Spins while waiting for the item to get removed. Not a good shopping experience.
