This new interface is really bad and not user-friendly at all. It's hard to read the class schedule and to book classes. The old one was great and worked just fine. Seriously considering terminating the membership simply because of this. And if you have extra money, you could spend it on upgrading facilities instead of changing something that works fine. Please change it back. Please

Booking process is worse than before. It keeps freezing, crashing, and booking takes longer every time. In fact, it took 6 minutes for my most recent booking to be processed. The old system was a lot quicker and had fewer technical issues. Also, schedules for my prepaid workshops are missing from my list of bookings. This App is a lemon. Thanks for wasting members' money and time, Pure.

The overall experience is not much better than the old app. In particular the class booking process is significantly more annoying because it resets to a default location which I am not interested in when I switch between yoga and gym. Also the app is unable to recognise my different calendars and can only save the event to my phone calendar (as opposed to calendars on Google).
