Ratings and reviews

App does not allow use of two bank accounts in same app and additionally it does not allow clone app feature. Bad experience. Edit: Customer care redirects to branch. Basically nobody is there to attend the complaint.

Mobank doesnt allow to surf/operate multiple accounts,you cannot open savings and current account from same mobank app with one registered sim. There are too many limitations set by the developer of this app. Mobank doesnt sync its Payee details to netbanking corporate account too. All this adding payee account details will need to be done again for same current account too. Harresments & Poor service currently in this matter.

UPI doesn't work most of the time. It will show that the transaction has failed but the amount has been debited. I lost so much money through this bull--it. And nobody helps.
