Works well once setup. However when setting up, the ID it shows does not match any #s on the device or remote. Okif you only have one base but for those of us with California King, we have 2 bases. Also when you start the app, you have to select the device and the remote type each time. To work it wants phone access, location access as well as folder or camera access when saving setting.

The remote works okay. 14 turbine failing is that the keyboard does not illuminate when you pick up the remote. And the faceplate is too dark to see. So you end up engaging a function you did not intend and now I have to turn on light to straighten things out. Very inconvenient

I have the Williamsburg plus. I downloaded this app, yes it asks for location but whoopty doo. They all do. Anyway, I skipped screen one selected the only option on screen 2, it went right to the remote page and it works my entire bed. Also has this button to factory reset (that works) your buttons if you so choose. Could not be happier because the factory reset is really why I downloaded this instead of unplugging, taking remote apart and crawling under my bed to do it as the owners manuel says
