I click on a link in a notification and it doesn't bring me right to the article and is sometimes very hard to find. Broken. No back button, so if I click on a link in an article to check it out really quick, and then want to go back to the original article I was reading, I can't, and have a very hard time even finding it. Broken. Clicked on a video playing with no sound and nothing happened. Broken

I previously rated Substack with a perfect score. While I still find the content to be of high quality, the app is plagued with numerous technical issues. For instance, on multiple occasions, after composing extensive responses to articles, I attempted to use Samsung AI for spell checking, only to find that my entire comment had been erased.

I had previously used the app but recently tried my account and it won't let me sign in using the app even though I'm able to sign into a browser. Then I accidentally created a new account in the app with a different email. When I try to login with my actual account I get an HTTP 401 error. Can't get past this. Very frustrating. So apparently nobody checks this. Still get error on 10/30/2024. App unusable.
