I just purchased the rookie version of the rope which I like. However, not happy with the app at all. It seems to glitch and freeze up when I open it. Also when I enter my height it keeps reverting to 0ft as my height. The jump history for previous days are disappearing and/ or haven't synced. I refresh the app often and no fix.

The app, while useful, is nevertheless EXTREMELY buggy. Only go with this brand if you really only want a counter (and even then, it's a bit shoddy). Some things don't work very well, like the accuracy or the overall UI; some things you can't change at all, like increasing the reset timer so that the counter doesn't restart to zero; and some things don't work at all, like the timer (it's stuck at 23:XX:XX, and it doesn't change no matter how long I skip). Can be extremely frustrating to use

Great rope, its adjustable to your height, it counts your jumps, records each day for your record, you can team up with friends. The only problem I have is getting it start at the beginning of my jump, I have to restart my phone so it can start the count, not sure if it's the app or my phone. Other than that the smart rope is great.

There seems to be a Bluetooth issue on the Samsung smartphone. If you use a lot of Bluetooth devices, sometimes you won't be able to connect until you reboot your smartphone. We will gradually improve.
