The German public healthcare system is disastrous: it’s extremely expensive, low in quality, and it can take three months just to get an appointment with a general practitioner—let alone with a specialist! That's why I like this app so much; it offers appointments even on Saturdays, with no delays. The doctors are very thorough, most speak English and German, and everything is done online, within seconds. I always recommend it!

I've used this app a couple of times now and it serves it's purpose well! It's great. The first time a reviewed last year, I dropped a star because there was no language option and there are so many questions to answer before getting to the appointment that unless your German is pretty good, it's a nightmare to navigate. Now, one year later, I've used it again and still no option to change languages, so although I'm pleased with the service, the UX remains unpleasant.
