Today i tried to log in since there issue with my Internet connection, but the app refused to let me log in ! It said my session expired even when im just logged in. I did tried log in on their other app MyTelkomsel but it also doesnt let me in with message "link expired" fix this quickly please ! And also my connection have some request time out and its unstable. Their service are not that good with fees that are equal to starlink. Even tough fiber optic supposed to be superior.

Application performance is smooth. The user interface is simple and pleasing to the eye. However, I experienced several session timeouts and had to log in again, which was quite annoying for me. I will update my review once there is confirmation regarding this issue.

Login with fingerprint feature is unusable. It shows success, but it's not redirecting to any page. Please fix this issue soon, because it'll help a lot to not having to input the login email/phone and password over and over.
