I've been using this app for 6months. It honestly was a great app until the last couple weeks. Now I can't scroll back to look at older messages without it freezing. The inmate says he isn't receiving my messages even when they say delivered on my end. The inmate says he sent me messages but I don't have any new ones. It allows me to send photos but I can't see what photo I sent even when I click on the album. Not sure why this app went downhill but I really hope they can get it fixed soon!

Developer, 2nd review update. I am using 3.2.7 and I was at the time of the Original review. After you requested the change and still am. I've only used it again immediately after and was still problematic. For the past couple of days I've used it maybe twice without a problem after so many characters. I just tried to send a picture hopefully they receive it. And I will update then. Are you even following up? I'm ready to write real letters opposed to loosing my money all the time.

Yes when I first downloaded this app on my Google Play I thought wow this is really cool you can send texts back and forth they even have little cards you can send and you can send pictures which helps them in their pass by some time. But this line at the top just keeps going like it's trying to come on but it doesn't. So you can see that he had sent me a message but you only see the first sentence and then when I click on it it doesn't even let me read a message nothing comes up please fix this
