This app (when it works) is both slow and buggy as hell, often requiring around three to five minutes just to clock in and check my timesheet. Oh and a good portion of the time it just flat out doesn't function at all due to server issues of some kind or "Maintenance" garbage app. If it had more consistent uptime it might not be that bad, but if I can hardly use it then what's the point?

Stuck on "unpaid meal break" so I cannot clock in or out for a month now. The browser was having the same issue. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. Took an hour to figure out that they were not able to resolve the issue over the phone and made a ticket. The agent closed the ticket after a week even though the issue was not resolved and still to this day, no one is able to help me resolve this problem. Very frustrating!

This app is a decent UX and very helpful for employers and employees alike, but on the employee side, it's got some shady vibes. they'll blow up your email begging you to open a bank account through them. these emails can't be turned off from the app. The app is upfront about letting you opt out of selling your data, but they still have permissions I don't think are necessary for a payroll/scheduling/hr app like microphone access while the app is running.
