Ratings and reviews

I am on my third aligners now. I don't have any complaints with the medical service. However, the timer on the toothsi mobile app is very annoying. Sometimes it doesn't stop at the scheduled time and sometimes it doesn't start. Later had to manually update the wear time of the aligners. The app team should fix this bug on priority.

I am using toothsi aligners for around 9 months and using my last aligners now only 3 days left. So far so good the progress is very smooth and treatment went well. Giving 1 star for your app developer team. App have too many glitches. The uploaded monitoring report is not available for me. And will not be provided even after connecting to technical team. Very unprofessional behaviour from support team.I am not able to use the chat feature of support also which I have not reported yet.

I won't recommend their service. It's a waste of money & time. They canceled my appointment twice on the same day of the session. They do not have enough therapists & there have been no available slots in my city since last month. At the time of purchase, their counselor promised me some complimentary services, but now they are asking me for proof as that employee has left the job. I arranged some proof with the help of the same counselor but they are not considering because he is a ex-employee.
