I re-downloaded JUST to leave a review. I had this for 1 year - LOVED IT!!! Then came the end of my subscription, and THAT'S where it all goes down hill. I have over $400.00 on my card, I go to purchase the $80.00 plan, it stays stuck on "Processing..." so I figure I'll contact support, they say my card declined?! I use PayPal, get 1 days worth, then it cancels again, I do PayPal AGAIN - Come to find out they keep canceling during processing so you can't renew. Took my business elsewhere.

High price, low protection. The scans finish and just tell you everything is safe offering no report. The app itself is not very user friendly. No clear route to contact support. The protection is pieced out and sold separately. The VPN constantly has to be re connected and sometimes with authorization issues and not connect at all. Would not buy again.

After phone factory reset, set up Total AV first. While all features ON, "your connection was interrupted, network change has been detected". Running a scan found no problem. I had to turn off protection in order to have Internet. New device setup began. Big dog's background operations rule it ALL. Data exploited, stolen. Total AV Browser: I see the image of the entire page. No read aloud, unreadable, cannot extend. Hard to open a ticket. They did not answer once. Same problems on PC. Useless.
