It isn't easy to navigate this app. You think you are going to the next window but, you are misled into purchasing one of the hidden ads ons. Doesn't this constitue some sort of breech-of-trust? I am very displeased with this Tom-foolery. I'm going to notask the FTC to investigate this sort of Bait and Switch tactic. I wasn't fore warned that these little add ones of your's we're going to cost me each time I clicked to go to the next window. You have let me down in the worst possible way.

I re-downloaded JUST to leave a review. I had this for 1 year - LOVED IT!!! Then came the end of my subscription, and THAT'S where it all goes down hill. I have over $400.00 on my card, I go to purchase the $80.00 plan, it stays stuck on "Processing..." so I figure I'll contact support, they say my card declined?! I use PayPal, get 1 days worth, then it cancels again, I do PayPal AGAIN - Come to find out they keep canceling during processing so you can't renew. Took my business elsewhere.

After phone factory reset, set up Total AV first. While all features ON, "your connection was interrupted, network change has been detected". Running a scan found no problem. I had to turn off protection in order to have Internet. New device setup began. Big dog's background operations rule it ALL. Data exploited, stolen. Total AV Browser: I see the image of the entire page. No read aloud, unreadable, cannot extend. Hard to open a ticket. They did not answer once. Same problems on PC. Useless.
