This app was great when I started using it. Then it asked me to download the updated version, and now it's so clunky and poor I hate it. I have to click "download" every single time I open the app and then click "open" to get to the students' page. The map now versus the map earlier is very poor, and side roads don't show up unless you enlarge the map. Try doing all of this juggling kids and babies and trying to get out to the bus on time. Add some weather in, and it's even more frustrating!

Next to worthless. Ride 360, the app used by my district prior, actually updated and gave a fairly close estimate of their arrival time. This app never changes. My child's routes are listed, but the time is always the same, doesn't give route position, and (like ride 360) still doesn't let me know if my child will be late. 45 minutes past their drop off time one would think I could get a notification through the app theres a new driver who got lost or there was maintenance issues with the bus

Update: with the latest version I am getting reasonable updates on the school bus. And the communication with the app developer has been very good. Giving it a 4 star because the bus doesn't show up on the app/route until about 10-15min before it arrives. Maybe due to the bus driver not checking in before the route begins? Original review: Pretty horrible. Our school switched to this app recently. It hasn't worked once. Live updates sounds great but I'll take the manual updates that work.
