One of the worst apps I ever had to use. For most venues there're no classes shown and you have to go to each and every website of the venue to see their times and classes. The search engine itself also is quite laughable. And on top of it all the app has many bugs and as you can see by the reviews these problems have existed for a long time and urban sports simply doesn't care. It's also unfortunate that there is no other way to check in except with a QR code as I, for one, have no mobile data.

The offer is good but the application itself is so buggy. I experienced all kind of problems, like a wait list spot getting accepted then cancelled, not being able to book a workout because "today I exceeded my check-in limit" (but today I did not do any check-ins, surprise!). Now they blocked my account without warning because I switched phones. The company does not care about their user experience. For an app that should be designed to handle bookings, it is just terrible.

Very poor search functionality and no option to translate workout descriptions to English. Really surprised at the terrible UI on the app given it has such a monopoly over Berlin. The team building this app really need to do much better
