I'm using viva one app for 7 weeks and i love it, but now I can't use subscription, i want to use the 99 pesos for 1 month subscription but it is not working, there is some word that pops up when i top the subscribe botton "HTTP 403". Please fix it right away, so I can watch my favorite series. I may change my rating if you fix this until tomorrow.

at first, it was a nice experience, but then this subscription issue just came suddenly and it automatically deducted through google acc and then when u open the app, you can't use the subscription and would still ask for another payment. refund please. even if it's just small amount, I'd still want it back.

the app keeps on loading when you login. Even if you have entered the correct details. It just keeps on loading and not logging in to the account. Its like it wont let you login to your account and watch series or movies. Please fix this issue.
