It used to be better, but now the main page takes forever to load and you're stuck staring at the logo. *Missions that I fully completed and have been paid for still show up in my missions section as in progress.* The help desk doesn't really help much and mostly gives you generic responses. About half the time, express missions you qualified for say they're expired when you try to complete them. There's also no countdown timer shown while in express missions, so you have to create your own.

I love dscout! The user interface is intuitive, and they make expressing your opinion and experiences fun. When you get a mission, the commutation with the staff and researchers is excellent. They always keep you updated on what's going on. The payment is consistent and quick. This is my favorite company to do market research with.

Love the app! I've been using the app for over a year with no issues. With the latest update, just a couple. I get multiple alerts of new opportunities. I click into the app, & there's nothing there! Right now, I have 5 alerts, and the missions page is blank. I also had issues with uploading videos (took a day or two to upload), but that seems to have fixed itself. Videos upload pretty fast now. Update: known bug. Relieved!
