Unlock new possibilities with Fannie Mae's Multifamily Home 5% down payment.

In a game-changing policy shift, Fannie Mae is ushering in a new era of multifamily homeownership. Starting November 18, 2023, homeownership dreams become more achievable with a reduced 5% down payment requirement, coupled with a minimum FICO score of 580.

If you are a first-time home buyer, we are offering 5% down payment assistance, further expanding your financing choices for multifamily homes.

Great News for First-Time Homebuyers!

MKG Enterprises Corp is excited to introduce our new down payment assistance programs that come with NO income limits!

Eligibility is open to U.S. citizens, permanent resident aliens, non-permanent resident aliens, and even DACA recipients. Plus, we've got you covered with various eligible property types: 1-unit residences, 2-4 unit properties, FHA approved Condos, and both single wide and double wide manufactured homes.

With a minimum credit score requirement of just 580, you're closer to homeownership than you think. And guess what? This program isn't limited to first-time homebuyers! You can apply even if you own other properties.

Our 30-year fixed rate mortgage offers stability, and you can get up to 96.6% LTV with assistance available in a second lien position. The best part? You can use the assistance towards your minimum required investment, closing costs, or prepaid items, or a combination of these. The amount offered is 3.5% or 5% of the lesser of the Purchase Price or Appraised Value.

State-specific restrictions apply. We've got two options for you: a repayable product with a 10-year term and a rate just 2% higher than your first mortgage, or a forgivable product that unfortunately isn't available.
