After reinstalling it's still taking it's time to load all the information. My credit is still 12€+ but it won't book the 5€ option because of insufficient credit. I have the same problems on their website. Information loads slowly and 12 < 5. I wrote the support a week ago at 10am but I haven't gotten an answer except for the automated one telling me I would get personal support SHORTLY. I didn't get a response to my mail so I switched to a different provider, I'm not calling your feed hotline.

Was terrible before. Now updated to be much less useable. Only keep it because the SIM isn't functional without it. It's like an object lesson in how not to write Apps Reinstalled with deleted cache and storage. Worked one time. Next time I i went to pay for credit it doesn't work again. So I i have to uninstall clear cache and storage, reboot phone, every month. Unimpressive.

Have un-installed and installed this app a lot of times. The app keeps crashing and so it is easier to get the prepaid uploaded with a ticket from the gas station or Späti. The website also doesn't work properly.
