Constant failed scans. Constant partial scans. You email them and they don't reply back. Have had issues since I started using this app and then never seem to fix it. It's frustrating because I have to have this information for my insurance to continue to pay but they don't seem to care or get it fixed. Looks like there have been the same issues for a few years but obviously it's not a priority to get it fixed. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

I would rate it even lower if I could! The app worked fine for about 3 weeks, but now when I try to scan in the morning it just flashes 3-4 times and then gives me the same "can only scan partial qr, do you want to send anyway?" It never used to cause my camera to flash line that. I tried my cam on other QR codes and they are fine. So it isn't an issue with my phone, lighting, camera, or wifi. It's odd that when I review my night's info everything is perfect numbers and percentages

In some cases, you may scan 5 or 6 times and then get a message that it was a partial scan. In this case, send the partial scan. If this happens for multiple days please send an email to apps@3bproducts.com. Please include the issue you are having “partial scan”, your mobile device model so that the support team can research the issue on our end

I've been using since July 7. And had so many problems with this app working. Now since the August 11 update. When I try to scan it clicks like it's trying to take a picture and then says it was only able to get scan 1 and not the scan 2. And basically cannot scan. I didn't hs e this problem before. I rely on this app to get my data to my insurance. And if I don't meet compliance then they won't pay for it. I hope this gets sorted soon. The extra stress this has cause me is beyond frustrating
