Constant failed scans. Constant partial scans. You email them and they don't reply back. Have had issues since I started using this app and then never seem to fix it. It's frustrating because I have to have this information for my insurance to continue to pay but they don't seem to care or get it fixed. Looks like there have been the same issues for a few years but obviously it's not a priority to get it fixed. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

Worthless after 45 days. The multiple barcode scan function does not work. Edit: I am indeed scanning the QR+ code. The issue is that it only holds 42 days of data. I understand that the phone flash is supposed to trigger the machine to flip to another code, but it doesn't work. I had to switch back to the BMC Pap Link app. With that, at least I can get a full report and email it to my provider.

There are 2 types of QR codes displayed by the device you will need to navigate to the QR+ code and your app will work. We understand the current design on the device is confusing, we are working on a few changes to make it more seamless for the users including defaulting to the QR+ code. For now, you will have to navigate to the QR+ code manually.

I have been waiting for my machine awhile and was excited about having an app to track my treatment after seeing others. This app is definitely inferior to the others. The report doesn't show my score except for when I very first scan the code. Doesn't show mask on/off. The app is not nearly as user friendly or visually pleasing as others such as myair. The data is minimal. I wish I could have chosen my brand because the app with this one is awful.
