The application remembers prescribed medicines, referrals, as well as specialties and doctors that your family visits for you.

Quick help from the digital clinic

Are you wondering about a health issue or would you like to ask a doctor for advice? At the digital clinic, you can talk directly with the doctor about symptoms or topics that concern you. If necessary, you can get medicines with an e-prescription or a referral for tests. You can also renew expired prescriptions easily.

I have been trying to request a CALL BACK APPOINTMENT. but it didn't work. i tried many times for the whole entire week. that maybe its only a system glitch but nope its not working properly and it will only advice me to seek help from the customer service.

Even if you set the app in English , it's only partly translated. Some parts are in English and some in Finnish. Like I can set a certain appointment in English and another one is in Finnish, and can't understand anything, also, you cannot select text in app so you can translate it yourself. Definitely needs some big fixing

It's quite OK and useful, but please check the design guidelines for android's notifications. Your logo should not have any color and be white. The notification bar can end up with any color and in some apps your notification is as good as invisible. Also allow upload of images in the app, referring to the webpage for that is quite ridiculous.
