The app perfectly does what it says it does in the description. What makes it Unperfect is the lack of an ability to upload in multiple file formats such as PDFs. I've already linked my SNAP case to my account online so I can see my documents so please don't give that generic reply about linking my account! Lol. Overall I say great job and thanks for this app and it's current functions. Lastly I humbly request if you could at least provide a pdf upload function in a future update. Update 12/18: App crashes when uploading a picture file

The verification process is ridiculous and counterintuitive. It's had me playing puzzles with grainy tiny pictures. Once the documents are uploaded, I am informed that a confirmation will be sent to my mailing address. Why? Why can't it be sent to my email so that I know right away that my documents were received and are to my electronic application? When I checked the app the following day - none of the uploaded documents were there. Where did they go? Do I need to upload them again? It seems the entire process is made to be extra convoluted so that people would rather go homeless and hungry rather than deal with a flawed system. P.S. why can't you make it possible to upload documents from one's computer right after the application is completed?

It's 2024. Why don't we deserve the option to email documents in one batch? It's not one document, but multi-paged documents. Taking a clear phone photo of each page and uploading is cumbersome and unnecessary.
