I have cancelled my ticket and applied for a refund 2 months ago and still waiting, talked with their representatives many times all they tell is to send an email, and tell that they have processed the refund they told me to ask my bank and I even asked my bank the bank told everything is clear no money came, Even after attempts of sending request to send my refund no money came i would never recommend anyone to book their ticket from air Astana.

I experience problems every time when I try to sign-in. The same story when I tried to redeem my miles. Maybe it's time to find professional IT people?

App doesn't let you buy the ticket. Always a problem to get anything done thru this app. Disappointing
