totally let down by the fact that there's no way to see what workout is up next, and no way to tell if it's on the rest timer or you're meant to be doing the workout without staring at your phone the entire time. In fairness i'm sure there are audio cues for this, but I hate listening to it and prefer to play music with the app on mute. The animation for standard, narrow, and wide pushups are also all the same as far as i can tell. so that gives no hints as to what workout's up next either

I don't understand how this app has so many good reviews. Immediate problems from the get go. First is where do I start? The timer and other options and mixed haphazardly in with the levels, why am I not directed towards the first level immediately? Second, the app offers no explanation of the exercise, what is a narrow grip push up? Ive never heard of that, how narrow should my hands be? Should they be touching? Third why oh why doesn't it tell you which exercise is up next when I'm resting

Great app, really helps to develop muscle. Before using this app I would occasionally do regular pushups. This app forced me to do variations and I'm still at the beginner level and within weeks have already put on size and strength that other people have noticed. I'm excited to see what I will be like after reaching level 10! I would give app a higher rating if it had a 30 day workout progression plan like in the plank workout app.
