HLB Connect App is designed to make your day-to-day banking easy with its features that enable you to get more done without having to step foot in a bank’s branch or to call the Contact Center. The app offers language options (English, BM & Chinese) and Day/Night mode for your customisation.

I still prefer the old app. First, I find the Quick Pay is very annoying to be so big like that. 2nd, to login and immediately saw ur balance is unnecessary. I know it can be slide to close. Overall, navigation not so smooth but few new added function are very much appreciated and some are confusing too. I don't understand why can you guys just enhance the old app instead of making the new one. That's all for now. Thank you.

Unable to screenshot / save / share transaction information which to be used for claims etc. Was able to do so, and now not working. If you are going to remove a feature please add alternative else it's making user more inconvenient. Thanks

Today 03/11/24, the app did not give much problem UNTIL lately started in October, you ask by force the new term to accept for you to monitor our device for your security monitoring, i have to give all permission including photo, camera, gallery else unable to proceed. Now, the ridiculous thing is WHY everytime if there is a update happening whether from android or your app itself it will popup got bug or app crash msg, i hv to reinstall everything from start, today is the 2nd time, WHY?
