can't stream live TV to the monitor, takes longer long time to start playing, live TV section is so heavy and programs section does not open.

Unfortunately, your platform doesn't support Samsung smart tv model 2017 or earlier. This is a very huge defect cause whatever your app provides, it isn't worth buying a new TV. It's not Netflix, OSN+, Prime video, Starz play, SHAHID, or WATCHIT. Nevertheless, all those apps support and work on these models. You should reconsider that issue.

The content is good but after pairing with TV the app is very slow and crashes every 5 mins. I think team need to check this issue to avoid this bad experience.
