Ratings and reviews

Almost scam to say the least. They deduct next billing cycle fee two days earlier and when we talked to them that we don't want to renew they refused to refund although the new period have not started yet. This isn't the only bad thing, you don't have access to the saved payment methods, you can't tell when or how much the next bill is, the application is extremely poor and under developed, search function isn't working on fire stick and you had to manually search for content.

I have bought the sub and I did find two tv shows which had subtitles. they are really good. however other than these and documentaries, there are no classic or modern Egyptian movies with subtitles. PLEASE ADD SUBTITLES for some of the best movies. very easy in age of AI. or give a slot for user to add their own subtitles. Please do something.

I've just uninstalled it., they show 5 ads, which is not enough for them I guess. Their UI is very laggy and underdeveloped compared to any one-day-old platform. Minutes ago, I watched those 5 ads 4 times! Laggy, underdeveloped,. I don't recommend.
