The features are great, when they work. More often than not, whatever feature I want to access WILL NOT LOAD. I tap something like messages or medications, wait for it to time out, tap again, repeatedly. Sometimes, like right now, I'm just tapping and waiting in an endless loop. Yes, my wifi is on and working. Fix your app. UPDATE: October 5, 2024 they issued an update to the app and it didn't fix the problem. I can't be the only person with this issue. FIX IT!

Everything was so informative, the only choice, I believe, to make the app even better would be to have a box to correct if one of the last tests that are needed had been completed. For example, a colonoscopy is due but it was completed 4 months ago. There was nowhere to correct that.

Rather pointless for some things and NOT reliable for most things. For med refills: very poor, if you use it you only get thirty days supply. Messages arrive way too late to be actionable in both directions. Filling out preregistration form is waste of time. Did it twice for different providers. Both times I arrive, get asked the same questions as on the form. Was told "Oh, the preregistration thing? We aren't sent any of that information." Really a waste of time.
