About this app

myWorkouts records your sports activities (movements via GPS, heart rate via Bluetooth® or ANT+™ sensor).

Outdoor-Sport

Out on the road? Download free maps for offline use and use them anywhere without a mobile network.
Ideal for hiking, mountain biking, pedelec, eBike and road cycling, mountaineering or mountain climbing, on a ski tour, cross-country skiing or nordic walking.
You always know where you are and where you came from.
Find out how far and fast you were on the road and the incline of the tour.
Share tracks as a GPX file with friends.
Download GPX tracks and take them as a template for mountain biking, mountain biking, ski tours and hiking or tracking.
Export your workouts as GPX or FIT file to import in sport portals like STRAVA, Velo Hero and the like.
Find new ways on the maps.

You do not need to be a super-sportsman and can also use the app in a foreign city to find the parking or hotel (map).
The download of offline maps goes directly from the app.

Indoor-Sport

Keep fit during the winter and continue training, e.g. at the treadmill, indoor cycling, cross-trainer or rowing machine!
Use myWorkouts as a tachometer and view your heart rate (Bluetooth or ANT+ sensor required), cadence, calorie consumption during exercise so your training is efficient and you remain motivated.

Get motivated

Follow your activities and let yourself be motivated by statistics on higher achievements.
Use the resting heart rate and the maximum pulse to calculate your optimal training zones (for effective cardio training with optimal heart rate).
During the exercise, you can see how long you have exercised in the planned intensity and how much calories you burned.
You can feel the performance increases everywhere, whether mountain bike MTB, running, mountain running, indoor cycling, ergometer, treadmill, rowing machine or fitness training.

For me?

The app is ideal for mountain and bike sports enthusiasts who run mountain bikes or racing bikes in summer, running, mountaineering and hiking, and in winter they keep their fitness with indoor cycling, treadmills, steppers, cross-trainers, etc.
GPX tracks can quickly be viewed and saved with the app. With the offline map, you can orient yourself with the GPX tracks.
Stay fit with the app!

Stable and functional. Has some metrics about the hike, shows a graph of elevation, and shows the route taken on a map. Continues to run in your pocket with the screen off. I have tested it up to 2 hours on a Nokia 9. Additional maps can be installed, some, of them free. Maps are stored on phone so you can see your path offline. No ads and free. Heart rate monitors can be linked but I have not tried that yet.

I have a polar h10 and I love this app more than the actual polar one or any others I've tried. The way it displays heart rate and the ease of being able to go back and look at things is just fantastic. It also allows me to double connect with a polar h10 ECG monitor which is very convenient.

I was using SGT pulse monitor with a fair amount of success, with my EZON chest strap combined with my old MOTO G. The MOTO G on/off button died, so I had to get a new phone. Enter Xiaomi Mi9, downloaded the SGT app and tried to set it up, it asked for a GPS tracker access to "find the the heart rate monitor" I denied it and it said it couldn't work without access. I'm in no need to track my old ass on my stairmaster in my apartment, so it's a no go. I downloaded myWorkouts Heart Rate Monitor Sport GPS Tracker, and it asked for the same permission, but a big difference in timing, and with explanation why. It said to scan and find the chest strap device it needed the GPS access and then after it found it, I could disable it, tho it may make the monitor hiccup a bit. No Problem. :-) This App has it all, it's Awesome! Great UI so for the moment, I'm super happy. And this is the "free" version!!! :-) Danke vielmals!
