App seems to have business model based on people forgetting to cancel subscriptions - it happened to me several times. "Active parking notification" would be such an obvious improvement for user experience, but it looks like their priority is elsewhere. Of course once your money is about to run out, you receive a nice SMS reminding you to refill your account. Also, today I wasn't even able to login due to servers not working - so my money is being charged but I have no way of cancelling it, sucks big time. Wish so much there was an alternative as I don't recommend the user experience.

Dumb, designed without any taste or care of user experience app, which demands every possible permission just to steal and sell your data (and they DO, according to the privacy agreement), yet incapable of obvious things like telling which city and parking zone it is (why the heck the location perm?) or straightforward billing from a bank card without navigating back and forth. Press wrong button, you're gonna buy extra insurance. Modern app driven economy in action.

UX on low low level, languages mixed, every function implemented and visualized in different way... this app looks like implemented in 90s, without thinking about usability at all..
