Decided to take the trial after having the app for years. The app on my linked Samsung TV doesn't show hbo go, in fact it still says toggle me watch. I can't connect to my TV from my phone. Had to watch on laptop. Couldn't play anything else. Cancelled the trial. If you want me to continue paying shouldn't your service be flawless. The mediocre performance of this app is ridiculous

Crash on my Hisense after installing the latest version. Live TV which I used to enjoy but failed too. Very disappointing. Mediacorp had a senior staff to look into the problem seriously and fixed the issue. Changed my rating from 1 to 5 stars. I can watch my favorite programs again. Thank you very much 😊

Unable to watch on Samsung Smaet TV which I bought only a month ago. Blackscreen on all TV programs. Cannot uninstall as it was default app, what would local TV set put this as default app??? Especially now Olympics, cannot watch live. Reset TV (power off and on), clear cache and data all doesn't work. 3 years in (2024) watching Olympic. Still black screen on my new Samsung TV. What a joke.
