It doesn't allow me to view previous temperatures, only initial- latest- average. I wanted to be able to use the app to track ovulation- can't exactly do that without seeing all temperatures. It also only logs data in Celsius and doesn't allow change within the app. Honestly feel like I wasted my money as I chose this thermometer for the Bluetooth data log feature.

Before the update, the app would connect to my Samsung S10 and LG v20 phones but would not transfer data. Now the app keeps closing, making it even more useless. The pressure cuff on 2 units does not seat well. Both inflate unevenly, ballooning on one end. Measurements are impossible. I use a cuffs from another brand BP unit. They inflated properly and provided good measurements

I agree with everyone else. Just received 2 days ago. The Vive Precision scale will not pair with my phone through the Vive app (new Samsung Note Plus.) The app won't even stay on lbs ft/in and keeps switching to metric when just trying to set it up. And the manufacturer won't let you pair it with Google Fit to use their app instead (must use Vive app, that won't connect). Does defeat the purpose of a "smart" product. Am sending it back for refund today & get a better bariatric smart scale.
