Day 1 So far it seems practical enough to use for watching videos and booking classes. As a returning client after recoveries, it is disappointing to see that there are no more training programs, in app nor online, only training videos (not helpfull while you're training and the online portal doesn't seem to exist any longer) There's no watch app for access and the card doesn't scan so you can't leave your phone at home. office or locked in your car safe.

If I could give this app minus stars I would. I am not able to log in!! My old password did not work, tried to reset to a new one, this doesn't work either, after it took hours to get the password reset mail. I have now wasted over 1 hour to try reset it again, in order to go to gym. I am not able to move forwards with this. What an absolute shambles.

App works for about 2 days after you downloaded it, then it stops loading your account details. You can see it, but it says "Your details may be not be correct", indicating it cant fetch the data from the servers. And to fix it you have to reinstall the entire app. As an app developer myself I dont see how this is even possible. App is slow as hell also. Takes about 10 seconds to load my account rewards balance. Like tf??
