App was good, Great customer service rep, but I wanted to buy $500CAD bitcoin when it was at 20k, but was pushed into buying a mining contract, being told I would make more. When the 2 year mining contract was done, bitcoin was at like 80k and I had less than $500 due to services charges. Contacted customer service about this, and got no real answers, no guarantees. I could have had sooooo much more if they just did what I asked and just bought bitcoin. Also $484 fee to withdraw my 16 xrp @$4??

I loved the app initially. I understand the service fees. the new update forcing you to purchase your cloud mining contracts under the ant 245 make it completely worthless. Might as well just buy Bitcoin instead you'll end up with way more. The old system was still worth it. ugh

Charges are too high and daily bitcoin mining rate is not able to cover even the charges. As a result the balance is going in negative. Not at all happy after investing USD 1200 my balance is negative. Overall an organized scam.
