I tried to cancel this subscription because I believe it's weekly rate is too high. AI apologized because it didn't know how to do the cancellation. I couldn't find the APP SUPPORT section or any menu other than pay for the whole year on the print app. also due to bank fees and such, they can't tell me how much I will be charged!

I was charged without notice and payment was forwarded to another card that was in my Google account. I asked for a refund for both unexpected transaction. It is not made easily accessible to cancel, but after asking for a refund I hope that it cancels out automatically because I can't find the cancel button.

I thought I was installing an HP plug-in to use MY PRINTER from my phone and when it asked for a star rating without doubt I gave it a 5 (Been using HP for the last 15 years), but when it started to present the charges for using the app I paid more attention and found out that this is not a legitimate HP plug-in but a knockoff that won't even let you try it without a cc, so a 1 star is warranted just because a cero or a negative number is not available. Uninstalled!
