Very slow, unreliable, and prone to error in placing an order which means you have to make multiple attempt to successfully order anything from this app. Also, worst customer service too, they'll ended the chat right away while you are typing the details of the issue, not very helpful AT ALL.

many good stuff here, but when i want to edit the payment method, it even can't be edited or canceled, i just wanna change the payment method and sometimes the image is disappears, too many bugs in this app, please fix everything

This app is terrible. The product photos never load; it’s always stuck on loading. This is the third time I’ve downloaded it, hoping it would be fixed, but it’s still the same.
