About this app

KS Visitor Pass app is the app for all kind of that users can register visitors, pre-register visitors, log visitor’s check-in and check-out. As the app has 2 user roles :
- Employee App
- Employee can see summary of number of visitor, appointments or notifications to approve or reject .
- Employee can create appointments
- Share QR ID appointments to visitors when user come to meet and show QR code to to front desk to scan and let them in office
- Check visitor history list
- Get notifications when visitor in or out
- Manage his/her profile
- Frontdesk App
- Scan QR appointment created by employee ,confirm information and let visitor in
- Can manual create visitor to allow in office
- View history check and checkout of visitor
- Scan QR checkout when visitor out of office
- Manage his/her profile
