Yesterday I rented and used a car. I didn't have opportunity to pay the check after the ride because two my credit card from differen banks under sanctions. Why didn't you notify me before? No one message "Dear friends, maybe you will some problems with banks. Be sure that you have credit card from bank. Or in another case me can resolve it. Just let us now if you have questions " Service is terrible!!

Update: returned 4 years later to Minsk and now they won't allow to rent a car without a temporary registration at the local authorities. I'm foreigner and it took a while to get approval, but after that I have managed to take a BMW 320 for the whole day and was amassing!

It would be nice to upload pictures of what the user thinks are potential new damage or problematic issues (dirty car, etc.). However, when I press the camera icon, the app closes.
