Here’s how it works:
1. Announce your surplus portions
When closing your lunch or evening service for the day, you will do two things. First, you take a look at what's left over and calculate how many portions you can make out of it. Then, you publish these portions on our platform using our ResQ Partner app for Android.
2. Consumers buy your portions with the ResQ app
Once you have published the offers, customers can find them by using our mobile and web apps. Whenever a purchase is made, your orders list is updated and you receive a notification (if you want) straight to your device.
3. Hand out ordered portions
Customers can come in and pick up their orders within the pickup time window you have defined. All you need to do is check the order receipt, hand out the order to the customer and mark the order as picked up in your app.
Setting up your account takes no more than 15 minutes, after which you can immediately start selling your surplus food with ResQ. We will pay you for your ResQ sales once a month and provide you all the necessary receipts for your bookkeeping via email.
