I gotta be honest. It worked for a bit but, over the last year if it not having connection issues, then it freezes during classes and I have to start over. I don't have the patience for this thing and honestly I should just have taken it back when I first noticed the problems. Good idea, bad product. Customer service is great. However, they can only do so much to help. Can't help with a dysfunctional product.

Every few quarters I have to contact Tech Support because workouts don't play. I've updated the app, restarted it, restarted the mirror, restarted my phone, etc etc but can't get a solution on my own. It's a huge disappointment and waste of my time. It's hard enough getting motivated to start a workout, only to have the device not do the basics. The Mirror is just expensive piece of decor at this point. A real shame since the content is actually really good (when it plays).

Freezes during workouts often especially on phone when not using Wi-Fi. Doesn't connect well 30-40% of the time. Loses connection when I walk to my kitchen 50ft away for water. The amount of workout for the selection they have made is not great. When everything work well it's awesome.
